Scott started with the company in 1988. He learned every job from the bottom up and now is the Owner/President of FirstCollect. Scott has been attending ACA meetings since 1988 and is on the ACA Maca Board of Directors. His strengths in motivating staff work to keep the collection & clerical team at peak performance. He knows that working with your staff and not above it keeps the team strong and unified to optimize productivity from each staff member.

Rebecca started with the company in 2008. After college Rebecca was hired as a collector then promoted to Scott's assistant. With her dedicated work ethic Rebecca worked her way up to office manager in 2017. Rebecca's legal experience and collection knowledge helps each staff member successfully achieve their maximum potential.
